Upgrade to Pelican 4

This blog now runs on version 4.0.1 of Pelican.

The upgrade from Pelican 3 to 4 was really smooth. Pelican itself was trivial:

Added the i18n subsites plugin

I also added language selection buttons to Alexandre's Flex theme.

Now I need to figure out how to generate German day names in the German language version, and it should be more or less done.
